Holiday Memo:
From the Boss

by April Shenandoah, Columnist

November 28, 2002

Columnist April Shenandoah If you allow Me, this holiday season I will handle all your problems. Santa may need his elves, but I do not need your help.

If life has thrown you a curve do not attempt to resolve it on your own. Give it to Me and I will resolve it in My time, not yours. Once you have given Me the matter please do not hold onto it by worrying about it. Because when you try to "fix" the situation, I am no longer responsible for any mess you might make of it.

For a glorious Christmas and Hanukah season, I suggest that you focus on all the "good" that surrounds you. Decide to "love" your family and friends even when they are unlovable. Don't sweat the small stuff! Remember, everybody is wrestling with their own personal "giants." FORGIVE! A grudge is like a termite in your soul.

And, if you think you have it rough, there is always someone much worse off than you. Look around for a face you can bring a smile to. This life is very short! The next life (eternity) is very, very, very, very, very, very, very long. Prepare wisely! ***
