CC – I told you so!
ONE COURT IS JUST AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER!

In
May I wrote a column entitled "Birds
of a Feather." I pointed out that rather than Bush’s "unsigning" of
Clinton’s closet treaty legitimizing the UN’s International Criminal Court [ICC]
being an act of patriotism affirming our national sovereignty and protecting
American citizens and troops abroad, it was probably undone to protect himself
and Bill Clinton from prosecution as war criminals.
Americans who are enfeebled sufficiently believing that there is a difference between Republicans and Democrats are totally unprepared to deal with the reality of only one political party in America. Eight years of Clinton tyranny and despotism created a hunger among Republicans and decent folks to see not only a change in the character of the occupant of the White House, but also a change for the better.
It is frightening reflecting upon the closeness of the last presidential election given the fact that Al Gore’s family wealth and power was established via their holdings in Occidental Petroleum. It was Soviet Dictator Josef Stalin’s right hand man, Armand Hammer, from whom that wealth was acquired. Stalin was the deadliest Communist butcher and murderer in the recorded history of Mankind. And Hammer bragged about how he had the late, former Senator, Al Gore, Sr., in "his back pocket."
Of course, our Marxist mainstream print and electronic media covered up this unbelievable blockbuster headline story. In fact, when Senior ABC News Correspondent, Bob Zelnick, was writing his book, "Gore – A Political Life," ABC told him that if he published the book, he would be fired. He did and he was. This aligns with Tom Brokaw threatening to quit NBC if the Juanita Brodderick rape was aired, or CBS’s Dan Rather refusing to report on the Gary Condit/Chandra Levy saga.
What were Americans thinking considering their popular support for a greater left-liberal than Clinton who was weaned on the wealth provided by the world’s bloodiest communist murderer? Wasn’t Clinton’s big money political cash cow the Riadys of the communist front operation, the Lippo Group? Considering the bizarre propensities of the electorate, notwithstanding the Democrat Party’s manipulation of Immigration and Naturalization Service rules and procedures to import hundreds of thousands of alien voters for Gore, what about that pardon for Armand Hammer? Who gave Hammer the presidential pardon that freed him from the hellish pursuit by Hoover’s FBI? It was none other than Daddy Bush – George I!
But just as the shock of Bush, Sr. pardoning Hammer hit me, so did the shock of Dubya writing Executive Orders protecting his predecessor. Regrettably, it seems that Congress was more than willing to go along when Dubya put pen to paper to prevent access to Clinton’s papers and records to protect his "privacy."
That Executive Order protected Clinton e-mails and records should they or any of Al Gore’s ever surface. In short, Bush’s efforts to not only put "everything behind us and to just move along," served not only to allow Clinton and Reno to skate, but facilitated an information shield between the people and the public exposure of irregularities of such government agencies as the INS, BATF, FBI, CIA, IRS, etc. This aspect of the politicization of government bureaus and agencies was easily the most disruptive and destructive aspect of Clinton’s reign of error.
Jeffrey T. Kuhner, in his July 8th article in The Washington Times posted on WorldNetDaily.com offers: "Balkans tribunal turns to Clinton." Writes Kuhner: "The Balkans war crimes tribunal is examining whether charges are warranted against former President Clinton and his aides for supporting a 1995 military offensive by Croatia that recaptured territory then held by rebel Serbian forces." Kuhner explains that the Croatian World Congress is urging the chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal [ICT] for the former Yugoslavia pursue a criminal investigation of Mr. Clinton and former National Security Advisor "Sandy" Berger.
Now this effort is separate from the ICC issue Bush is waffling on, but it and the ICT are both based in The Hague, Kuhner explains. He goes on: "The Balkans court angered U.S. officials two years ago when it acknowledged it was looking into a similar complaint against NATO commanders for their role in the 1999 U.S.- led bombing campaign in Yugoslavia."
Our rulers and keepers in Washington are starting to get nervous about this, and I say good! It’s about time some of these pompous arrogant self-serving honorables see the inside of a courtroom as defendants. And at this time, I say one court under God is just as good as any other! SEATS! ***
