"Outrageous" Democrats
by Ted Lang, Associate Editor

October 7, 2002

Columnist Ted Lang "That's outrageous!" was Mr. Softy's subdued violent scream. Although it's been covered thoroughly, let's just do it again: "You tell those who fought in Vietnam and World War II they are not interested in the security of the American people," pontificated Senator Daschle. Of course he knew Bush was talking about Democratic obstructionism relating to the Homeland Security bill and not the war.

What enraged him was the realization that his sleazy political empire was crumbling, what with Al Gore squirting Bush on one side and the "Torch" in the process of starting a fire on the other. So Mr. Softy had to have his feigned hissy fit demonstrating his self-important grandiose status as demagogic, pejorative leader. Conveying that Democrats fought in wars and risked their lives as well, he offered what Bush never said as outrageous!"

This is typical of the criminal party. When their members in high places aren't getting oral non-sex from overly ambitious interns, when they're not taking advantage of other people's children, when they're not stealing private property by "unanimous consent," when they're not taking bribes from the very businessmen they demonize for being capitalists, this criminal party is busy destroying our Constitutional freedoms and what's left of our republic.

I have always had a problem dealing with individuals who fought in wars to preserve our freedoms, who risked life and limb to defend our Nation, and then return to serve in government where they turn on the very principals that they supposedly fought to preserve and defend. How do we deal with this?

I'll tell you how. Deal with it the same way you would deal with idiots who spend all their time trying to convince you we shouldn't be concerned about losing our freedoms because a conspiracy cannot be proven. It is rare that I hear something more stupid. It's tantamount to saying: Don't worry about that crazy that's pointing a loaded gun at you - he's not intending to hurt you. He just wants to see if the gun works properly. Huh?!

The only fools even more idiotic than conspiracy naysayers are the fools who risked life and limb to secure our freedoms, those enumerated in the first ten Amendments to the Constitution known as the Bill of Rights, who then turn on those very freedoms. These heroic jerks risked everything in their youth to preserve our Constitution, and now return at a more mature time in their lives to use it as bathroom tissue? What could be more incredibly stupid?

Our nation was designed to ensure all for one and one for all. Facing down individualism as offered by Democrat Party High Holiness, Ted Kennedy, is absolutely not what America is about. So instead of being concerned with how law-abiding citizens should be gun-controlled, humanity would have been better served if he had paid more attention to his own car and booze control at Chappaquiddick.

And as Democratic Congressmen David Bonior (D-MI) and Jim McDermott (D-WA) proclaimed their heroic patriotism preserving and protecting our Constitution, both only saw Vietnamese operations while stationed in the Communist People's Republic of California. And let's not forget those great contributions and legacy items from the "Swamp Bubba" without which America would be subject to the same old humdrum devoid of moral relevancy and political correctness. He was at least the more honest Democrat when compared to liars Bonior, McDermott, Daschle, Torricelli and Kennedy; at least he openly admitted hating the military. This was perhaps due to their nasty habit of protecting the Constitution, for which he also demonstrated a great hatred.

Just as in Florida where Democrats conspired [oops!] to swindle the military out of voting, the Leftist Joisey Court fools unanimously broke the law and screwed the military again! Of course, anti-constitutionalism thrives in the Garden of Evil State, the state where only Democrats and their Republican "moderate" clones succeed. Although perhaps not a conspiracy, nevertheless outrageous. ***
