A commenter on Big Hollywood had this
to offer regarding the American Supreme Court:
"Regrettably, I find my self agreeing with the Dred Scott decision."
"According to the constitution slavery was legal, so to get rid of it required a constitutional amendment."
According to the constitution slavery was legal? The right of "private property", you know. Hmmm …
I wonder if the same gentleman might venture to call the Roe v Wade decision constitutional.
Unfortunately, when the American Constitution does not fit with the American Declaration of Independence … we have a Civil War!
The same words Lincoln picked to reveal the utter unacceptability of slavery in America … that phrase "All men are created equal" … now applies to abortion in the same way those words unequivocally condemned slavery. In this case, however, the relevant word is not "equal" but "created".
The Founding Fathers had not considered that "all men are gestated as possible candidates for abortion".
That Roe v Wade declaration now defies not only creation but equality as well and the "inalienable right to life" that comes with the word "created" not gestated.
You have to labor a point with these "enlightened despots" in the White House, the Supreme Court and Congress. They are so smart and so educated in the halls of higher learning to play the devil's advocate that, indeed, their advocacy actually leads us into hell.
The lessons of history just don't seem to apply to them for some reason. Why?
They're not among the simple human race.
They are Ubermenschen. Super Human Beings! Obviously they are not afraid of another Civil War. They seem to be actually looking forward to it.
The New World Order, which these American Progressives are determined to institute, feels certain that since the rest of the world has bought legalized abortion, America is obliged to do the same thing.
In other words, to grow up to Progressive adulthood and behave!
If some Americans resist, well, they can be ... uh … "dealt with!"
Abortion, exactly like slavery, will be the undoing of the entire American Progressive Confederacy … yes, the flamingly immoral geniuses of a bipartisan sellout to that greatest architect of slavery.
No, not Jefferson Davis.

If only one issue insures the survival of the Catholic Church, it will be its centuries-long, pro-life tenacity and its eternal incompatibility with Marxism.
There's no doubt that talent, yea, genius has dominated the Marxist New World Order and its efforts to defy the dominating commandment of the Old Testament, "Thou shalt not kill!"
The Supreme Court's concessions to the Confederate South's "right of private property" is precisely mirrored by the same body of enlightened despots and their concession to the liberated woman's "right to own her own body" … and homicidal dominion over the body of her gestating child.

However, both enslavement and murder arouse the same abhorrence within the heart of most men and women who are not lawyers.
Once the novelty and facile freedom of legalized murder has worn off, the indulgences that such a liberation has afforded openly criminal politicians and world leaders will grow revolting.
The human race will sigh in unison with a "Gee, I guess the Catholic Church was at least right about abortion!" Yes, legalized abortion, like legalized slavery and legalized Final Solutions will eventually create another Holocaust.
In terms of human beings, a "belated righteousness" is always a redundant phrase. Men don't do the right thing because they are righteous. They do the right thing because they know they have no other real choice if they wish to live with themselves in inner peace.
In most cases unfortunately, doing the right thing is eternally Man's only recourse, after he has done all the wrong things more than once.
In light of the New World Order's Progressive Inevitability, The Common Sense of Adolf Hitler might be an interesting concept to examine.
It supports the Progressive logic of doing away with the inconveniences and obstacles within pregnancy and parenting.
It insures us all the goals of Adolf Hitler's lebensraum!
Living space!!
That is what Planned Parenthood is providing for women.
Needless to say, the six-year-long World War II ensued from such Ubermenschen. The Allies felt that such lebensraum was, needless to say, merely Hitler's foot in the door of our own freedom and eventually our own existence. When will Americans, enough of them, wake up to the Hitlerian rationalizations for Roe v Wade?
When millions of human beings, adults mind you, are retroactively aborted by this Progressive Third Way, as Bill Clinton enjoyed describing it?
It increasingly sounds to me like another Third Reich.
The signs of its shameless greed for control over its fellow man is all over President Obama's "fundamental transformation of the United States".
It's Progress, mind you.
