Active Date
September 6, 1999. Prior to July 1, 2001, the Editor-in-Chief and Founder was Tim Loughner.

Hours of Operation
The American Partisan's office and operations center in Bloomfield, NY is in production Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The office is not generally available to the public, but appointments may be arranged.

Vacations are taken generally the last two weeks in December and mid-summer. Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Easter are also reserved and the website may not be updated during those times.

The website itself is available to the public 24/7/365.
