How a criminal conspiracy hatched by the cabal of Senators Carl Levin (D-MI) and John McCain (R-AZ) turned the Constitution on its head and in the process destroyed over 200 years of Constitutionally enshrined protections.
First of Two Parts

If ever there was any doubt our federal legislators wouldn't sell out the American
people in a heartbeat without either thinking through the consequences of their
actions or anticipating the potential blowback on the remaining timeline of
their careers, that went out the window and into the wind with passage of the
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2011, with particular emphasis
on Sections 1031 and 1032, both of which caused the United States to cease to
exist as a nation on 14 December 2011.
This abomination in the name of legislation was written in closed door executive (…read: secret) session of the Senate by two of its oldest members, and like the $2 trillion interim spending bill, you just know that none of them read the bill from cover to cover. Suffice it to say, this travesty of legislation cleared by veto-proof margins of 283-136 in the House and 86-13 in the Senate, showing once again that Congress doesn't give a damn about anyone except themselves, preferring the peasants eat cake off the table and drink water from the toilet while they're consuming caviar at the House's Members Only Dining Room, and guzzling champagne from the public teat.
Like nearly all legislation coming out of Washington, it was written by lawyers speaking a language most lay people will never understand. Exhibit #1 would be the legislation known as ObamaCare, which at 2200+ pages in length, that America's royalty - Congress - went out of its way to exempt the President and his family, as well as Members of Congress and their families from, so as to place themselves under both the auspices of their official duties, all while simmering and basting in the juices of their own hypocrisy.
Cleary, America has become a kingdom of the ruling class versus the working class, and it seems more than ever that never the twain shall meet, especially with local police now at town hall events 'protecting' the alleged local representatives, while confiscating cameras and arresting even silent dissenters, lest they dare be recorded on camera performing their actual duties.
Perhaps the best way to explain all the legalese that people find in contracts, legislation or even in your insurance policies was best put by Federal District Judge Jack Weinstein in a 1984 ruling regarding a battle with federal bureaucracies such as Medicare and Social Security benefits, when he said, and I quote: "The language used is bureaucratic gobbledygook, jargon, double talk, a form of officialese, federalese and insurancese and double speak. It does not qualify as English."
How can Americans expect to have any level of trust at all in their public officials when they sponsor, co-sponsor or pass legislation that is clearly beyond the ability of over 98% of the most educated in America to even comprehend in the slightest? This only reinforces the belief that if you can't dazzle then with brilliance, then baffle them with lies.
Clearly, what we see here is deceptive trade practices crafted by Congress and the President being deliberately foisted on the American people. This is no different than tactics used by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), when she pushed for passage of ObamaCare by saying, "You have to pass the bill to see what's IN the bill!" Now there's one broad who'd do the Snake Oil Sales Academy proud!!!
Unlike Mitt Romney's pathetic attempt at being 'macho' when he tried to bet $10,000 against Texas Governor Rick Perry (that still makes me laugh), I am however, willing to bet $20.00 (which I'd be willing to work off) that the NDAA has provisions that if fully understood, would scare the crap out of most Americans (it certainly does me), and which if fully explained, would have them marching down the streets of Washington with their torches lit.
Question: What would get Americans so incensed so as to openly seek the careers of elected officials on a platter and unrelentingly demand public accountability on such a wide open scale until they got it delivered to them with a bow on top live, on nationwide television?
Answer: Sections 1031 and 1032, which should terrify anyone with an IQ in positive territory. That will be explained in Part Two. ***
