Part Two looks at the expedited timetable by which the TSA seeks to implement its nationwide agenda of random checkpoints to include 'Checkpoint Charlies' even at high school proms, and the consequences such actions portend for all freedom-loving Americans.

Second of Two Parts

For the uninformed - and that would include most Americans too lazy to inform themselves of the suicide course elected officials have the country on - what Section 1031 does, is effectively terminate the Posse Comitatus Act, a 133-year-old ban on the use of the military for law enforcement purposes against civilians. It also allows the Federal Government to play 'Citizen Roundup' and detain INDEFINTELY without charge, without warrant, and without trial anybody the government deems a 'threat', be it terrorist or otherwise. Section 1032 exempts US Citizens from the military roundup, but Section 1031 does not.

Once detained, you'll simply disappear. From that point on, you're deemed an enemy of the state, which in reality, no longer exists. You become stateless; you have no rights; no right to remain silent, no phone call, no lawyer, no nothing. Like the Soviet Union, you'll have disappeared from off the face of the earth into the Government's black hole, and any attempts to find you will only have you placed into another black hole and those who seek your safety and whereabouts could find themselves also scooped up and placed in yet another one. Your friends will desert you for fear of facing your fate as well.

With TSA taking their traveling 'Checkpoint Charlie' road show into Tennessee among other places (shown, right), you know full well that 'The New American Brownshirts' are being set into place, and that the FEMA camps are being moved into place, like pieces on a chess board. With Obama and his puppeteers at the helm, you know full well that the 2012 elections at this point are just for show, barring a major revolution that will have blood flowing in the streets, as the American people seek to take back both the power and the Constitution with its God-given rights that are rightfully ours.

Nonetheless, with the 2012 election fix already in, you just know that Barack Obama is no different than any other African strongman. This is not to single out the president any more than if the megalomaniac Newt Gingrich or some other person had the job, and it sure as hell isn't about race…it's about power and absolute control. Newt Gingrich is no different, as symbolized by the fact that absolutely no member of the House who served with Newt supports him in his bid for the White House.

However, since Obama is the incumbent, he'll nonetheless lose the election, but like other African strongmen, he won't leave office. Instead of a transition team out, he'll instead nullify the election, declare both martial law and a nationwide state of emergency and put the military on full alert, all the while dissolving Congress, solidifying his power, and dissolving the Supreme Court as well. At that point, Obama's brownshirts will be placed on stepped-up orders to round up the dissenters, and that will be the moment history books record that the Second American Civil War began.

There have only been two times in my life where I've been ashamed to be an American; the first time was in the late 60's and early 70's when troops coming home from Vietnam in uniform were being spray painted and having feces thrown on them and called 'baby killers' and the like. Even as a child, I felt those who were doing that to the soldiers should've been put in a plane and air-dropped into North Korea, parachute optional.

The second time I've been ashamed to be an American is now, as I have seen the Constitution and its God-given rights being sodomized by a government that has lost its focus on being We the People and has become one of Controlling the Sheople, and the masses have been too stupid or too apathetic to really know or even care.

I sometimes wonder if this republic is even worth saving at this point, unless the people can overcome their case of severe cranial-rectal impaction. It's like shoveling turd against the tide as there are so damn many of the enemy, and whether or not it's even possible at this point.

Perhaps Walt Kelly's Pogo said it best:"We have met the enemy, and he is us."
