The problem that the Muslim population fails to realize is that they are being lead by the fanatics and terrorist of their faith and are unwilling to do anything about it. I'm sure the majority of Muslim people want to live in peace, but that's not relevant because the rest of the world sees them as religous fanatics out to kill all Christians.

I'm sure the Germans thought the Nazis were idiots until they took over as leaders of their country and the mostly peace loving German people did nothing but sit back and let it happen. Same with Japan, China, North Korea and countless other nations lead by fanatics. Until the Muslim world regains their own peace, they will continue to be viewed as fanatics and terrorist bent on destroying everyone who is not Muslim and will continue to suffer the World's wrath.

Mr. Rollins seems to have taken a page from how we treated Japaneses Americans during WWII. Afterwards, as a nation, we agreed that segregating a people because of fear went against all our principles. Reading what has been released, our problem is not Muslims in the military, but a military so short-handed that warning signs are ignored to keep our numbers up. we need to quit clouding the real issues, how to attract mentally stable individuals to serve, how to recognise, report and release military personnel who are not.

You know, I can't say that I agree with Mr. Rollins.

As a Marine Corps veteran, I actually would have to put some blame on the FBI/CIA because when they saw what they thought was propaganda that he wrote, they should have popped the star-cluster with the military and snatched him up for questioning. I know two muslims who I know for a fact I can trust. I know thats hard to fathom for some of this states residents, but I do. I can trust them with my life, because one fought beside me in Iraq agianst insurgents.

No, I think the FBI/CIA should be blamed substancially more then the Muslims. Granted most of the attacks against the US have been by muslims but notice that they migrated here, they are immigrants, not naturalized or 1st generation Muslim-Americans. Immigrants. There are actually very few Muslims in our military.

I am in FULL agreement with Mr. Rollins. Get them out of the military. I'd prefer to get them out of the US ....... But that will never happen ........ They should not be in our military. Since there have been occassions when a married miitary man has killed his spouse/family for some reason, perhaps we should also kick married people out of the military. The U.S. had some Japanese Americans in the military during World War II and they were courageous fighters. If we had done the same thing then as you are suggesting now, we would still be paying for a bad decision. Kicking anyone out of the military because of their religious faith, or lack, thereof, is a bad idea and would not stop with just the Muslims.

Think about it for a minutt, in 1990 there was one mosque in Oklahoma City, now there are five. Why have so many middle eastern muslims moved to Oklahoma? Because they like the Weather, the Wind, the 100 plus heat in the summer and the ice storms in the winter? Or is it because there is a Christian Church on nearly every corner?

Mr Rollins is absolutely correct. I know it's a touchy situation, but what he has suggested (remove all Muslims from the military) is no more extreme than what our military has done in the past to protect the innocent civilians of our country from our enemies : Japanese, WWII: most of them were innocent civilians, but they endured. Our country comes first. The terrorists have one thing in common: They are Muslim. In order to prevent Fort Hood from happening again and agan, we must remove all Muslims from our armed forces.

Regarding "Nobel Piss Prize" on October 13, 2009 by Timothy Rollins, on the issue of Barack Obama receiving the Nobel Peace Prize only eight months into the job, more than one chord was struck with TAP readers. Here is some of what they had to say:

Mr. Rollins,

Thank you for publicly stating what so many Americans are saying. By giving this award to Obama, it has been reduced to a joke. It used to be a coveted award that meant something; something the person AND their country could be proud of. It was bad enough when they gave the award to Jimmy Carter and then to Gore, but Obama?

If I were Henry Kissinger, I'd be tempted to send mine back.

I have never before been so afraid for America as I am now.

Mr. Rollins, thank you for your comments in The Patriot concerning the recent selection of the sitting President to receive the Nobel Peace Prize, which of course now means absolutely nothing as you so eloquently pointed out.

Thank you for your courage to so write as it is apparent that this White House is bent on revenge against anyone who disagrees with them. Sadly, the mainstream media may well join in on that .... as if they haven't already.

Regarding "Over The Top" by Timothy Rollins, on the issue of rampant voter fraud in Wisconsin and particularly in Milwaukee, along with the refusal on the part of Governor Jim Doyle (D) to step in and enact meaningful reform on the issue by way of requiring photo ID, this letter came in from the Chicago area:

My fellow Republicans:

It’s easy to make fun of what’s going on in Washington D.C. today. Senator Barbara Boxer and Congressman Conyers are objecting to the presidential election in Ohio. The members of the party that practically invented vote fraud, the party of Tammany Hall, LBJ’s “Box 13” and the 1960 Chicago ghost voters, are complaining about voting “irregularities”. In the Washington State governor race, King County (Seattle) has “found” new votes nine times since November 2nd, allowing the Democrat to turn a 2300 vote defeat into a 129 “victory” 7 weeks after the election. Republicans have witnesses swearing that provisional ballots were counted without verifying their legality---a big reason why King County “counted” 3,500 more ballots than it has voter records. The dead voting, 500 “voters” whose address is a warehouse, military ballots “lost in the mail”---when the fraud in Washington state is so blatant, why should anyone except an extreme partisan listen to anything Conyers & Co. are saying?

George Bush beat John Kerry in Ohio 2,859,764 to 2,741,165 or 50.81% to 48.71%. In the race for Chief Justice of the Ohio State Supreme Court, a black liberal from Cleveland, C. Ellen Connally, lost to Republican Thomas J. Moyer 2,358,135 to 2,073, 886 or 53.21% to 46.79%. It’s not surprising that a black Cleveland liberal ran behind Kerry. But it is surprising that this race only had 78.75% of the Presidential vote---about the biggest down ballot fall off this part time political consultant has ever seen. But what’s strains credulity and doesn’t meet the smell test is that a black liberal from Cleveland could run ahead of Kerry in votes in Auglaize, Champaign, Highland, Miami, Putnam, Van Wert and Warren Counties. These and 6 other counties where Connally virtually tied Kerry in votes are all REPUBLICAN controlled counties. And it is an incontrovertible fact that the biggest of these counties, Warren County, was the only county in the country that locked out all election observers to its courthouse due to some vague “terrorist” threat.

The fact is that any election----punch card, optical scan, touch screen---that is “counted” by computer is at the mercy of the computer program. Even a paper trail can be quietly switched on the way to the courthouse or at the courthouse late at night when no outsider is around. That’s why an advanced country like Canada counts ballots the old fashion way---paper ballots put in an empty glass box, counted in each precinct in front of election observers of all sides. By the way, paper ballots cost less than other systems, which is why penny-pinching New Hampshire still uses them. Sure you might have to wait another hour to get the results, but isn’t that better than the all these post election fiascoes that drag on for weeks?

Yes, at least one major Democrat controlled county in Ohio (Stark) had strange numbers, too. (Moyer ran well ahead of Bush). But even if the “stealing evens out” in the general election, what do you think happens in the primary election? Have you ever wondered why both parties seem so unresponsive and corrupt when they are in office, why it seems impossible to “throw the bums out” no matter who is elected? As long as those who feed on government pork control the computer program that “counts” the primary votes, they win no matter who is officially “elected”.

Paper ballots counted in precinct and no voting (provisional or otherwise) unless you produce a valid photo ID. Until we get these ballot security measures in place, our elections will continue to be farces that give us George Ryan/Gray Davis bipartisan corruption.
